The latest stable version of Audacity for Microsoft Windows can be downloaded from www.audacityteam.org/download/windows/. The last stable version at the time of writing this document is Audacity 2.2.1. This agreement is valid from the date you first use the software and continues until it is terminated. You can terminate them at any time after written notification to Individual Audacity, LLC. This end-user license agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Individual Audacity, LLC Please read this CLUE agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using MoPlan Do software. It provides a license for the use of MoPlan Do software and contains warranty information and disclaimers. The ECJ agreement and all disputes arising from or related to this ECJ agreement are subject to the laws and are interpreted accordingly. Individual audacity, LLC grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for the use of MoPlan Do software on your devices, pursuant to the terms of this agreement. The EULA agreement regulates your acquisition and use of our MoPlan Do (“Software”) software directly from Individual Audacity, LLC or indirectly through a licensed dealer or distributor of Individual Audacity, LLC (a “reseller”). If you enter into this agreement on behalf of a corporation or other corporation, you declare that you have the authority to file that entity and its affiliates under these terms and conditions. If you do not have such power or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this agreement, do not install or use the Software and you cannot accept this agreement. This agreement applies only to software provided by Individual Audacity, LLC, whether it is referred or described to other software.
The conditions also apply to all individual updates from Audacity, LLC, supplements, internet services and software support services, unless other conditions accompany these items during delivery. Audacity Individual, LLC reserves the right to license the use of the software to third parties. If you sign up for a free trial version of MoPlan Do software, the EULA agreement also regulates this trial version. By clicking “Accept” or installing and/or using MoPlan Do software, you confirm your consent to the software and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this CLUE agreement. It will also end immediately if you do not comply with a provision of this CLUE agreement.
