A recent return policy can be found on the SVC website. The customer may revoke this contract within 30 days of receipt. Each refund is determined by SVC based on time and/or number of support incidents at SVC`s discretion. Customer must contact SVC`s after-sales service for return processing and may not terminate this agreement after thirty (30) days after receipt, except as provided in applicable provincial or federal law that cannot be changed by agreement. If something is unclear in the contract or differs from what you discussed with the supplier, ask them. The best support companies won`t be happy until you`re happy – and will rewrite or clarify confusing areas of their support contract. Most IT support companies use a multi-step system to track and respond to support requests.
